All repair companies will ask for a detailed description of the issue, the brand of the machine, the product name, age of the equipment and if the machine or grinder is under warranty.

Things to Ask the Service Tech Nick:

• How much do you charge per hour for labor?

• How much is the diagnostics fee? If a repair is made, will the diagnostics fee go towards the labor    costs of the repair?
